Love your brain and your brain stem with MindWise. Omega fatty acids are absolutely CRITICAL! Wouldn’t you know it?!  Mindwise is very high in Omega 3. 😉  Remember, the body can make many of the necessary fatty acids, but the omega 3’s and 6’s specifically need to be obtained from diet. While I am so excited to be getting Mindwise for free from my June Rewards, Joy is by far one of my Young Living must-have products.  So, let’s chat about Joy essential oil blend.  Who could not use some Joy in their life?!  Summer is that time of year when all my mom friends start asking, “How will I survive the day with my kids underfoot?” haha.  This is where you can #choosejoy in spirit and in the physical/practical sense! 🙂  While the aroma is both uplifting and romantic and makes a wonderful perfume, I have to to tell you… This is the first thing I put on every. single. morning. without. fail.  I use Joy to maintain balanced emotions and because it is so emotionally grounding.  One of my girlfriends says, “I call it Grouchy Husband Oil. And he knows when he needs it. Like anytime he gets on a North Texas highway.”  If you only knew this precious woman.  I can hear her voice even now and this just cracks me up every time because it is so true.  This incredible blend features 10 essential oils: Bergamot, Ylang ylang, Geranium, Lemon, Coriander, Tangerine, Jasmine, Roman chamomile, Palmarosa, and Rose.  Some great ways to use this essential oil blend:

Abundance essential oil was created to enhance the frequency of the harmonic magnetic energy field that surrounds us, It is a blend of Frankincense, Patchouli, Clove, Myrrh, Cinnamon, Spruce, as well as Orange and Ginger, which were used by ancient cultures to attract prosperity and magnify joy and peace.   The essential oils in Abundance are uplifting and empowering. AromaEase.  Not enough people know how amazing this essential oil blend truly is!   This exclusive Young Living blend of peppermint, spearmint, ginger, cardamom, and fennel is perfect for creating a comforting aromatic environment. Try diffusing it in the car the next time you are riding on a long Sunday drive!  While I love DiGize Vitality for all things digestive, I love Aroma Ease for soothing the occasional stress associated with digestion or the nervous butterflies or that sinking pit in your stomach or stress-related nausea.  I find this oil to bring relaxation and comfort when diffused.  Applied topically over the belly or chest, this oil is grounding, calming, uplifting and soothing.
